Majority of the real estate experts could sense the current market conditions brewing for past couples of months. Housing inventories are on the lower side of the graph and the number of buyers is on the rise.
According to Realtor.com, the average median price of a home was $220,000 with 11.1 percent year-over-year increase in home prices. There were 1.61 million houses in the national housing inventory, which is 14.3 percent lower on a year-over-year basis. The median age of inventory was 89.0 days with 12.8 percent decline year-over-year.
